He is the ultimate specialist for The Ethics Paper [GSIV] in UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE). Apart from The Ethics Paper, he conducts select sessions on the philosophical topics for the Essay Paper.

The last 14 years of his 3 decade-long career is dedicated to the teaching, training, research, and practise of Ethical Management, Management of Ethics [in Public Administration, Probity in Governance], the philosophical arguments, the psychological aspects [Emotional Intelligence, Attitude, and Aptitude] and the Meta-, Descriptive-, Normative-, and Applied-Ethics, etc.
